Audio Dose IV was record 100% live during the Audio Dose III tour (2017-2019).
Anthony had the idea in around 2016 to make a live record showcasing Audio Dose's live performance, which very often included a lot of improvisation. Anthony went to work on mixing and mastering the live tapes that had been recording during the Audio Dose III tour. Almost in a way to come to terms with the "Death" of Audio Dose, as a last project of creative work, and to close a door on the body of material Audio Dose had made. Kody and Anthony decided to call the album "Audio Dose IV" as there weren't plans to do another Audio Dose studio album.
